This landscape strategy sees the Toronto western waterfront loosely divided into three 'rooms': the priorities of non-human wetland systems on the west edge move through a hybrid of non-human and human systems and to the eastern edge where the grid of public space extends itself over highways to allow new density and lakeside recreation.
